My name Bowie Stover. I’m a personal trainer and I’m also non binary. I’m also co founder of Non Gendered Fitness which is an online fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching enterprise based out of Melbourne, Australia.
We work with queer, trans and gender diverse people who are looking to shape change in their lives to support their medical or non medical transitions. We work with folks who just want to learn how they can move their bodies in the ways that work for them without feeling like they have to fulfill some type of training cliche.
This week I launched Non Gendered Fitness.
This is a podcast for LGBTQIA+ folks and particularly Trans and Gender Diverse folks that want to learn how they can add some movement to their lives.
My goal with this podcast is to share the knowledge I’ve gained from supporting queer and TGD bodies and also from shaping my own body as I’ve non medically transitioned using physical activity.
I’m going to be totally honest with you in all the topics I discuss.
There is a lot of misinformation out there around our bodies.
There is also a lot of judgement and shaming of all bodies out there.
Non Gendered Fitness is a podcast that does not buy into the ablist, sexist, transphobic, homophobic or fat shaming that attitudes or opinions that come along with gyms, training space, trainers and the whole industry.
At the end of each episode I’ll be giving you usable tips and advice on things that you can do right now, to start making the changes that you want in your life.
