This episode is about a big change that we’re making to the show. We’re changing episode releases from weekly to every two weeks.
This is because, at the beginning of the year I started university to study Exercise Physiology. So moving forward so that I can support our crew with their training, study and give you the best content I can, I’ve had to make the tough decision to change this show just for now, to fortnightly (biweekly) episodes.
